PRESENTATION
Although I am delighted to know that previous editions have covered the needs of many students and teachers, each time it is necessary to reprint the text of the review, correct and comprehensive, which is why I am convinced that this new edition is superior to the previous one. We must also recognize that is a transition between the old and new program to be imposed every year.
The main purpose of the presentation is clear and accessible to students, has led me to explain some issues that could be criticized as a purely theoretical treatise on mathematics. Even knowing this, I opted for other ways to address certain issues, based on my teaching experience, as I found to be more effective and easier to understand for students.
When a book has a history of twenty years, so many people who have worked, that would mean an endless list to mention them. However, I want to thank those who helped me most to review this issue.
My deepest thanks:
By John Piccini degree in Mathematics, for their cooperation in the correction and development of this issue.
Professor Arturo Rodrigo Faria, who made a detailed reading of the entire text, with that unique ability that sets it apart: see errors and details that most do not see.
The bachelor Yoan Mora, for his insightful suggestions.
A Alejandro Coto, in its task of adjusting the grammar and style.
And what of clarification, they are not responsible for the deficiencies that may be, and yes all the improvements that had the text.
But above all a special thanks to my wife Teresita, without whose support had not been able to make this work.
