Although not a Web application, martview.com impressed me enough to comment here.

This application is available for Windows and soon for Mac, which allows you to read pdf files and mart in a rather more original, intuitive and practical than regular readers.

We can turn pages, zoom, view thumbnails, download ebooks from the Internet (thousands of books and magazines free) .. We can even create your own picture book with pictures, with the possibility of publishing it to make it available in its database.
