The problem is when it all really depends on the person, that is, I have x money to spend and many options to choose what I want but do not know option, eg a cell phone, a car, a stereo . and that happens, you would have to sell you usually miss it, you're unable to assist you or knows absolutely nothing about what sells.

In my last two experiences that really is angry at the attention were:

Incredibly in 2 cases the same thing happened to me.
