More than 70% of internet shopping Argentinos
Netizens acquire especially electronics and books, according to a survey by Nielsen. Meanwhile, according to a recent global study developed more than 85% of the world's online population used the Internet to make a purchase in the past year, 40% more than two years ago.

With respect to Argentina, the percentage of frequent online buyers during the last month is 26%, 1 to 3 months behind on 19%, while 25% of respondents confessed to having made a purchase online, surpassing the regional average which reached 23%.
The Argentines acquired in the last three months of electronic equipment via the Internet, reaching 50%, followed by communication equipment with 28% and 18% books.
50% acquired Argentine consumer electronic equipment (TV, cameras, etc..), Ranking above the global average (45%). Also, in the case of computer equipment (laptops, keyboards, monitors) Argentine consumers lead the ranking reaching 28% and new locations over the global average (21%).
Regarding the last item, though the books are located in the position 3 of the main items purchased by the Argentinians in the last month, compared with other countries in the region, Argentina is in last place (18%) and below the global average (39%).
The Argentineans have a strong tendency to feel confident and accustomed to shopping online electronics and computer equipment to levels above the regional average, the report concluded.
