The reality of Cuba.

The reality of Cuba.

Castro Communism Cuba freedom hunger

Internet browsing some videos I found quite interesting ... and speaks of reality of Cuba.

Often shows a face that perhaps what is not in Cuba ....
But in these videos you can see the reality of what is the Cuban political system, as well as its censorship of freedom of all kinds.

Tourists can eat what they do not eat a Cuban in a month, Cubans can not eat no meat or shrimp, but the tourists do.

Honestly is a very harsh reality though many talk about the benefits of this Cuban political system, I to this day do not find anything useful.

PREFER LIFE FREEDOM!

CUBA HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET IN JULY 2011

French vessel Ile de Batz came to Venezuela with 1,600 kilometers of fiber optic board to connect the South American country with Cuba. The ship is about to begin extending the cable in the coming days.

The project should significantly improve telephone and Internet service in Cuba, will cost $ 70 million. The line to enter service in July 2011 Camurí gather in Venezuela, to Siboney, Cuba. When it is extended, the cable will have a capacity to handle around 80 million simultaneous phone calls and, after arriving in Cuba, an extension will also connect to the neighboring island of Jamaica.

The cable capacity of 640 gigabytes with an investment of $ 63.4 million and will be in charge of the French company Alcatel Shanghai Bell, China.

Cuba is the only country in the Western Hemisphere that is not connected to the rest of the world with fiber optic cables. The country has Internet since 1996 via a satellite link, especially in Europe, but access is slow (209 megabytes of departure, and 379, input) and expensive. Cuban officials blame the U.S.. UU. and its blockade of the island to prevent access to the Internet by not allowing connection to fiber optic cables that surround it, one of which refers to Cancun in Mexico to Miami in the U.S.. UU. and passed only 32 kilometers from Havana.

According to statistics, in 2009 the country had 700 thousand computers, or 62 for every thousand inhabitants.

Venezuela is Cuba's main trading partner. Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has said he plans to be there to inaugurate the project.

The optical cable will improve the situation in the country in regard to the connection with international communications, but not supposed to "appear online in August in every house," said Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, Boris Moreno. According to the deputy minister of that portfolio, Ramon Linares, these conditions will remain insufficient to provide mass access to the Internet due to technical problems and internal finance.

For Cuba, Vargas Llosa deserved the "antinobel of ethics"
Vargas Llosa remained close to Cuba until 1971, when the revolution broke with the imprisonment of dissident poet Heberto Padilla.

Friday, October 8, 2010

The Cuban official daily Granma on Friday recognized the "innovative contributions to world literature" written by Mario Vargas Llosa, who won the Nobel Prize for Literature, but said its "moral standing", the Peruvian deserves the "ethics antinobel ".

"Nobody doubts his innovative contributions to world literature from Latin American literature," Granma said in a small box of their cultural site, but "what has been built with writing what has been destroying its moral standing."

The court's ruling Communist Party Vargas Llosa criticized the "liberal posturing, denial of their origins and subservience to the dictates of the empire."
"No cause unworthy in this part of the world MVLl. Ceases to support and applaud. If people vote in Stockholm, they would have done by the Antinobel" he said.

Vargas Llosa remained close to Cuba until 1971, when the revolution broke with the imprisonment of dissident poet Heberto Padilla. Since then began making frequent criticism of the communist-run island and its historic leader, Fidel Castro.

From that moment his texts stopped running on the island and ended its relationship with the Casa de las Americas, a cultural institution with which the Peruvian writer had maintained a close cooperation.

Several Cuban writers consulted expressed their joy by a well-deserved award considered, but marked his political differences with Vargas Llosa.

"One of the great contemporary writers of literary language and deserves the Nobel Prize, which is an honor, an honor to our American literature, regardless of their current position at the historical, ideological and indeed of unfriendly separation with Cuba, told AFP the poet César López, National Literature Prize.

"I do not agree, and it hurts, his political attitude," said Lopez, who was a personal friend of Vargas Llosa and who agreed to study at the Universidad Complutense in the 50's. Vargas Llosa is tucked away "of the profound reality of our continent," he said.
