The binding is, in general, the following process:
1> volume to bind sheets are placed in a press, extending at least 3 or 4 mm, and the fine saw cuts are made where the wires pass.
2> Once the sheets sewn, glued to the spine tapes, glues and the volume is placed in the press.
3> two boards are cut slightly larger than the sheets and glue on a canvas, leaving space between them back.
4> fabric is glued to the spine and then the outer leaf of the first and last signatures on the cards.
5> Cut a piece of cardboard the size of the back, given the half-round shape and sticks. At the edge of the tables that form the press, adds two wooden rods, which are placed on the joints of the carton back to the top, to mark the fold.
6> The line the lids with a fancy paper, stick the corner and the volume is put back in the press.
7> is pasted a sheet of heavy paper in the paste inside cover and back cover.
8> The operation has ended.
