Everyone thinks this? But no! but I thought and I was very bored so I look and all said they had to drag the shared library to the user to open notepad text etc ... finally good to me did not work and gave me very angry, but I gave up searching and searching followed until they finally found a program that is what I will show here:

Then simply choose to open the library they want to change an icon, choose the icon and you are assigned is easy!
