"The moon and other things." (Written by me) +

book tells the moon and other things crazy caffeine

The moon and other things

He was only thirteen years ... I remember we were facing the sea, listening to the beautiful sounds of the sea.
After several hours of looking fixed without uttering a word, she, after tightening the sand with their hands by nerves and clear his throat asked, "If I asked you," I'd bring a star? ".
Being so young and naive I had only to nod my head, so she took my statement as a commitment.
Was the next night I climbed onto the roof of the house of my parents, I raised my arms and even jumped, unable to achieve my goal.
My frustration was such that that night I could not sleep, nor the next night or the next ...
Had entered into a depressive state, did nothing to think I had failed.
Have spent weeks or days in that state every minute became hours. Until I joined forces, I met with her and hug her ear I said, almost whispering, "Sorry ... I'm not able to reach a star, to traértela."
That was the last night I saw her again.
By the age of fifteen, all this would be part of a tortuous remember, but I remember the end. In addition, at that time was dating a girl just a year older than me.
Girl I have met in school, and with which we gathered each evening in a place to appreciate the sunset.
One afternoon, I remember that she was particularly quiet. I also remember that with his hands obsessively playing with grass.
I'll never forget his face, looked up, the focus in my eyes and with an expression like someone begging inquired: "Would you do anything for me?". My answer was obvious, she replied: "So ... I want the moon."
I felt a lump in my throat, history repeated itself and I could not help it.
They spent a few days to try again, but this time I climbed up to any ceiling.
It occurred to me higher up on the balcony of a building that was a few blocks from the school they went.
The details are unnecessary, I ended up with two broken ribs and a head injury.
He had failed again, and it was not long to return to being alone again.
She had asked me a star, the moon ... It is increasingly becoming more demanding. "I would ask the sky?" I asked every day.
I spent several years in solitude until love knocked on my door again.
Once again, try again. He carried a backpack of failures, but no matter. I would not give up, at least not easily.
I remember in one of most beautiful sunsets I've seen in my life, she was facing me. I took her hands, kissed his lips and said, "I can not offer the sky ... the moon ... not even a star ... I can only offer my life, everything I am."
She said nothing, but just smiled.
I'm still hoping that was enough ...
