Based on a true story, the film revolves around the figure of an American student who, disillusioned with the seminar, attending a school of exorcism in the Vatican where their faith will face terrible demonic forces.
The film, produced by New Line Cinema, will feature direction by Mikael Hafstrom, responsible for films such as "no control" or "1408", while the script will be by Michael Petroni, who in turn adapted the book by Matt Baglio "The Rite: The Making of a Modern Exorcist."
