Pilar Sordo was born in Temuco on 22 October 1965, his parents are Vicente Martínez and José Sordo, dealer, who "were Catholic and strict with their three daughters, Pilar, Maribel and Ana Maria" 2
He studied psychology at the Universidad Diego Portales, majoring in Clinical Psychology.
