About the Author / author:
The producer / songwriter Giorgio Moroder Italian helped create the electronic dance music and has worked with Donna Summer, David Bowie, Janet Jackson, Barbra Streisand and many others. He also founded the Musicland Studios in Munich, often used in legendary performances of Led Zeppelin, Queen and Elton John.

Alessandro Benedetti began collecting unusual colored discs in 1981 and today has 8,000 albums, including 1,200 color vinyl. In 1998 her collection won recognition from the Guinness Book of Records. His dream is to open a museum to share his record collection with the public.
About the contributor:
Bastine Peter, born in 1952, has been a DJ, record seller and concert organizer. From 1977 to 1998 collected all kinds of picture discs, since then, mostly historical 78 rpm discs. Today his collection includes about 8,000 picture discs and has been the subject of several exhibitions in Europe.
