The powerful world gathered at the G7 and G20, the priests of the WB and IMF, WTO, most governments and their advisers proposed as a solution to the crisis, now unleashed, follow the path of trade liberalization and investment and continue the insertion subordinate and dependent on world markets, this involves persisting with the industrialization of agriculture and the plunder and exploitation of our natural resources.

However, since social movements and political organizations continue weaving resistance against neoliberal policies and their famous recipes. Reiterating our criticisms of the prevailing economic model predator in our world and conscious of the need to coordinate a regional response that would lead us to a Latin American and Caribbean integration based on self-determination of peoples, respect for the environment, human rights and democratic processes.
