Just been introduced in the U.S. by Steve Jobs, founder of the company.

The team, from 1.3 centimeters thick, features a touch-sensitive screen of 9.7 inches, "brain" of 1 GHz, access to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, microphone and speakers. It comes in two models according to their storage capacity: 16 GB and 64 GB.

It also has full virtual keyboard and the Mac OSX operating system. "(With the IPAD) will have the best browsing experience there. It is much more intimate than a laptop," said Jobs during the launch.

The equipment is operated fully with the help of the fingers on the screen as the iPhone. It even has the same functionality of zoom (zoom) for photos and websites, and on the phone.

It can sync with Macintosh and Windows computers to exchange photos, videos, songs and pictures with the iPad.
