Sherrilyn Kenyon, author of the famous Dark Hunter (Dark Hunters) Acheron at the helm, has decided that the character of Nick Gautier (who appears in many books) take a bigger role and will create you your own series, Nick Chronicles (Chronicles of Nick), consisting of ten books.

My name is Nick Gautier and this is the story of my life.
First understand the name right. It's pronounced Go-shay no Go-tee-ay or Got-chay (this has an extra H and as my mother says, are so poor they could not afford the extra point). I am not a French fashion designer. I'm just a normal guy ... well, as normal as anyone with a stripper for a mother and a father with criminal career can be.
But as my mother so often said, friends are what God gives us to compensate the families where we were born. And my mother, despite her occupation is a lady and will fight against anyone who says otherwise. Consider this a warning. Cherise Gautier you respect or I will show you how.
My kingdom is the French Quarter and this kingdom like a prince. Everyone knows me and if someone, I know. From the gallery owners, artists, restaurateurs and voodoo priestesses to the psychics are everywhere. All are among my friends.
Now, I do not do bad for a guy whose education is that of the streets and alleys. Clay soils in the doll shop along with some other unmentionable work, my mother would kill me if I knew about them. Even working as a tour guide in "Undead New Orleans." Everyone who visits the neighborhood take a guide or encountered crossing the street with one of these excursions. You know, "And in this place something terrible happened" or some other pile of nonsense. Hell, I do most of the night to avoid boredom.
