United States is once again devastated by tornadoes. After an April full of these phenomena, the town of Joplin, Missouri, experienced firsthand the fury of the wind.
On the morning of last Sunday, a new tornado destroyed much of the town, home to 50,000 people.
While the destruction still can not be measured, the Red Cross estimated that the damage affected between 10% and 20% of Joplin.
The calculation of fatalities was set at 100 people killed and the number could increase with the hours.
United States suffer from this new misfortune when still recovering from more than 600 deaths in the tornado last April, which could mean a record for that country, often plagued by them.
It warns that in the next few hours the tornado will go to the west of the country and the people will get recomieda shelter.
