Push Button House. Press the button and have your house ready.

Kalkin dam has created this container becomes a home with the push of a button. The structure is operated with a hydraulic system, which transforms a rectangular container in a house that lacks nothing.

The open structure contains several rooms, spread throughout the container, so we can find a double bed and a bathroom. There is also a small kitchen and a dining table. To complete the house, container doors are lined with a library full of books.

The house was originally exhibited at the Art Basel Miami in 2005. This original work shows clearly how the technology industry in general can be used to create a new concept of dynamic architecture.
