One of the largest stores of knowledge in the world, the free encyclopedia Wikipedia, was tucked into a simple little computer that just need a TV to use.
The author's apparatus called Humane Reader, the California computer Braddock Gaskill, says that the device can be useful in developing countries where access to the Internet as few people have televisions but they are widely used.
Gaskill joined a cheap 8-bit computer with a slot for SD memory cards and set up Wikipedia with the ability to search. Braddock Gaskill is now seeking partners to promote the project.
